天然の石に、ピタっと合わさるガラスの散華。石は日本各地の山や川、海から採集したものです。散華は、溶けたガラスに金箔や銀箔を溶着してからサンドブラストを施して、箔の細い線を表現しています。

｢人が岩を砕き、溶かし、ガラスを作るのも、大きく長い目で見れば、地球の石が辿る歴史のひとつ。石とガラスの邂逅は、天然と人工の邂逅。しかしここで巡り合っているものは、どちらも同じ石の歴史」
